What's the upkeep and maintenance for your products?
We believe our products should fit effortlessly in your everyday routine and should not be high maintenance. In fact, we loved the lived-in look that adds character to your pieces. Here are some easy tips on how to keep your products for a lifetime.
Are your products dishwasher safe?
Yes, all of our pieces are dishwasher-friendly, though we always recommend hand-washing whenever possible.
Is your dinnerware microwave and oven-safe?
Our dinnerware is safe to use in the microwave. We do not recommend placing dinnerware in ovens above 180 degree F.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Where do you ship to?
We currently offer free standard shipping on orders over $110 in all 48 contiguous states within the United States. We're working on international shipping so be sure to sign up for our newsletter to find out when.
Shipping Type
We've partnered with USPS and UPS for our standard delivery option. For our expedited 2 or 3 day shipping, we ship using UPS.
How can I track the status of my order?
We'll send a confirmation email with your UPS tracking number once your order has been processed.
Can I send your items as a gift?
How much is shipping?
We currently offer free shipping on orders over $110 in all 48 contiguous states within the United States and Canada. For orders below $ 110, we offer $9 flat rate standard shipping. Expedited 2 or 3 day shipping is available and rates vary and are based on dimension weight.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We can't wait to help you get settled with your new products. We ship from Brooklyn, New York and Free and Flat Rate Standard Shipping normally takes between 4-7 days. Please allow for additional shipping times in inclement weather.
What is your return policy?
For unused items, we currently offer returns within 30 days of purchase. Note that items must be returned in their original packaging and shipping charges (if applicable) are not credited. Please note that return shipping costs are deducted from the final amount. Contact us at orders@hudsonwilder.com for more details or to start your return.
What if my products arrived damaged?
We take special care to make sure our goods are packed well. If your item(s) arrived damaged in shipping, email us at orders@hudsonwilder.com and we will send you a shipping label to return the damaged item.

Do I need to pay sales tax?
We ♥ NY. For those of you living in New York, we are required to collect sales tax. For orders outside of the Big Apple, shop with us tax-free.
