Hudson Wilder is an online retailer of quality housewares and consumer goods.
Eligibility
The Sites are not targeted toward or intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. By using the Sites, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We offer the Services only for personal, noncommercial use, and not for the use or benefit of any third party.
Usage Restrictions
All of the content that appears on the Hudson Wilder website, including all visuals, text, audio and video clips are subject to copyright protections and /or other intellectual property rights or licenses held by Hudson Wilder. The entire content of the Hudson Wilder web site is copyrighted as a collective work under U.S. copyright laws. Hudson Wilder grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of the content on this website. Content of the Hudson Wilder website is intended solely for the personal, noncommercial use by the users of our Site.
Payment and Billing Information
By providing a credit card or other payment method that we accept, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase (including any applicable taxes and other charges) (collectively, as applicable, an “Order”). If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid or is otherwise not acceptable, your Order may be suspended or cancelled. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and applicable taxes and other charges, if any, are additional. We reserve the right to adjust prices as we may determine in our sole discretion, at any time and without notice.All of our Products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any Order, to reject all or part of an Order, to discontinue offering certain Products and to substitute Products without prior notice.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
If you would like to change or cancel an order, email us at orders@hudsonwilder.com with the subject line “Change/Cancel Order.” Note that we are unable to change or cancel the order once it has been shipped.
Taxes
We will collect applicable sales tax on Products shipped to the states for which we determine we have a duty to collect sales tax. Sales tax is collected on all orders shipped within the State of New York.
Shipping and Handling
We currently offer free shipping on orders over $95 in all 48 states within the United States. For orders below $95, we offer $9 flat rate standard shipping. Expedited 2 or 3 day shipping is available and rates vary and are based on dimension weight.
Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for all products you order passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or USPS).
Returns and Exchanges
For unused items, we currently offer returns within 30 days of purchase. Note that items must be returned in their original packaging and shipping charges (if applicable) are not credited.
